Moorland Trail (approx. 12-13 km): A popular trail around the Zwischenahner Meer lake, which leads through Rostrup, past the ferry dock and the Rostrup jetty with beautiful views.
Park der Gärten: Germany's largest model garden complex in Rostrup is a central point of contact for walks.
Rhododendron Route: Numerous paths lead through the Ammerland, a highlight especially during the rhododendron blossom.
Edewechter Kleinbahn cycle path: An approximately 10 km long, asphalted route that can be easily combined with tours around Rostrup.
