The Calcination Furnaces were recently recovered, they are a faithful reflection of the mining past of Lucainena de las Torres, in the province of Almería. From where the ore that was treated in these furnaces was extracted for its subsequent transport by rail, now converted into Vía Verde, to the port of Aguamarga (Carbonera).
