The memorial for victims of National Socialist tyranny created by Norbert Schittek was inaugurated in 1990. The 13 parallelepipeds with the years 1933-1945 resemble Lagerblocks, the angle with the quote from Richard von Weizsäcker the badge, the concentration camp prisoners on the clothes wore. The memorial refers to the location of the Bergen-Belsen trial, which took place in 1945/1946 diagonally opposite in the Lüneburg MTV gymnasium. It was demolished in 1976.

The memorial created by Norbert Schittek for the victims of National Socialist tyranny was inaugurated in 1990. The 13 cuboids with the years 1933-1945 resemble camp blocks or sarcophagi, the angle with the quote from Richard von Weizsäcker resembles the insignia that concentration camp prisoners wore on their clothing. The memorial refers to the location of the Bergen-Belsen trial, which took place diagonally opposite in 1945/46 in the Lüneburg MTV gymnasium. It was demolished in 1976. Now it's a bowling center
