This large brick brewery building followed in 1904 and surrounded a large farmyard. It was joined by an extensive park and a grove. The brewery was closed in 1945. The brewery building was converted into a residential complex in the 1970s and 1980s. After the reunification, the Kommunale Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH (KoWo) Erfurt took over the site. The property changed hands several times and renovation plans were made, but these were not implemented. In 2015 the property with all buildings was sold.
Today in 2020, buildings and grounds make a neglected impression.
