Elsflether Sand - like a day's holiday. At low tide, the wonderful and wide sandy beach for swimming, picnicking and long walks on the Weser invites. With a little luck you will even find seals that sun themselves on the beach.

The Elsflether Sand is a former Weser island in front of the Huntemündung. Due to flood defense structures, it has been a peninsula between Hunte and Weser since 1979 and forms the left bank of the Weser stream from river km 28 to 32 of the lower Weser.
