Cross-country skiing
The sky ladder hut can be reached both with downhill skis (from the Fichtelberg via the Himmelsleiter downhill) and cross-country skis, for example. over the Hirschpfalzweg or over the trail entrance at the tennis court in Oberwiesenthal. The descent from Himmelsleiter to Vierenstraße and from there steamboat ride is almost mandatory.
