The old Jung diesel locomotive is located a little away from the Asdorftal cycle path and deserves some attention because it is typical of the time, the 1960s. In the past, many large companies had a rail connection to transport heavy and large loads. This is rather the exception these days. The locomotive stands in front of the beautiful company building of Jung – Jungsthal GmbH and was probably most recently used as a shunting locomotive.
