Although its official name is "cámí de Can Mitjans", this section is known as Mur Tour de Flandes due to the hardness of its gradient and its rough asphalt, in honor of the hard sections of this cycling classic that is contested in Belgium It connects the Can Margarit road with the Carronya, thus avoiding a section of the road between Vilafranca del Penedès and Sant Jaume dels Domenys.
