Great overlook of the beach stretching almost due north for some 30 miles all along the Pacific western shore of the Point Reyes peninsula, from the trail beginning at the gate and turnaround where the shuttle bus drops of visitors in the summer months when driving is prohibited on the narrow last miles of Sir Francis Drake Blvd.
