Hiking
The operating facilities were located north of Moosbierbaum, halfway to the Danube. The two 60-meter-high chimneys from the period between 1916 and 1938 were particularly striking. They originally belonged to a large chemical plant for the production of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, bleaching earth, potato starch, etc. In the Second World War, the chimneys were an integral part of the necessary power plants such as steam, hot water and energy production. These systems were operated until 1945.
