Lovely quiet single lane roads to cycle. There is a free water tap in the Great Pond car park cafe.

Frensham Great Pond and the nearby Little Pond were originally dug to provide fish for the Bishop of Winchester's Estate in medieval times. The ponds and the surrounding heathland are important habitats for a variety of insects, reptiles and birds. There is a beach and swimming area at the Great Pond.
