From the "Passerelle Saint-Georges", also called "Passerelle Paul-Couturier", you have an excellent view over the Saône. Particularly pretty: the backdrop of the opposite "Église Saint Georges de Lyon" together with the basilica "Notre-Dame de Fourvière" on the hill above the Saône. The bridge, built in the middle of the 19th century, has to be in the picture for a good photo.

Built in 1853, this suspended footbridge is one of the oldest in Lyon. It connects the Saint-Georges district to the Presqu’île and offers picturesque views of the Saône and the city’s historic buildings. It was restored in 2001 to preserve its heritage.
