Mountain biking
One of the most beautiful fixed MTB routes in Belgium. This largely follows the Kempische Heuvelrug and runs through Herentals, Lichtaart and Kasterlee. The altimeters are rather limited, but there are some nice challenging parts, with quite a few single-tracks. It consists of the red route (Herentals), the green route (Lichttaart) and the blue route (Kasterlee). By extension, there is still a black route in Herentals on and around the ski mountain. In Lichtaart there is a black route (cyclo-cross) which is open from September to April.
