The Linthebene is a level area for easy tours. With the Linthkanal, where there are plenty of resting places and in the summer there are enough sunbathing areas, which invite you to swim and linger. With the restaurants Grynau, and stars is also sufficient for the thirst and hunger. With views of Glarnerland and Speer, a tour in this area offers wonderful views. Only recommended.

Not recommended in strong headwinds, I just fought against the wind at 8-10 km/h from Lake Zurich to Lake Walen. According to Meteoblue, the wind speed was up to 78 km/h.
