Evening rounds in Krefeld - searched and found Tour 2 of 3 - Nature I arrived here by bus. By the way, the stops for the outward and return journeys are not always opposite each other 😉 This small local recreation area delights hikers, runners, dog owners and nature seekers with its good and clean paths. Swimming is currently not allowed 🚫. krefeld.de/elfrather-see#kann-ich-im-elfrather-see-schwimmen Places to stop for refreshments: cafeelfrathersee.de elfrather-muehle.de Further information: Public transport swk.de/privatkunden/de/mobilitaet/bus-und-bahn-linien/fahrplaene Hiking club Niederrhein: niederrheinische-berg-und-wanderfreunde.de/Start

After-work walks in Krefeld - searched and found Tour 1 - Nature and History You can easily reach Linn Castle by public transport. Please note the opening hours. Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll through Linn's historic old town, where you'll find charming courtyards. Finally, head to the "In der Elt" nature reserve. Small but lovely. Unfortunately, not all the ditches are filled. My exploration at kilometer 4.6 revealed that I didn't like it there 😝. Turn around and head back to the nature reserve. Inexperienced riders can, of course, also use the regular forest path. It might be uncool, but it's safe 😉
