The nave has a wooden beam ceiling. This is separated from the vaulted ceiling of the choir by a narrow triumphal arch. The organ is located on a wooden west gallery. One of the original two medieval bells has been preserved. The other was confiscated in 1942 as a metal donation. Source https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirche_Stolpe_auf_Usedom

A console frieze runs below the eaves on the choir and nave as well as on the west tower as a cornice. The first mention of a priest for Stolpe dates back to 1218. In 1867, the village's medieval church was badly damaged by lightning. A new church was built based on a design by master mason Zaeske from Usedom and consecrated in 1871. The community had to go into a lot of debt to pay for it. The woodwork inside was carried out by craftsmen from Stolpe and Gummlin. The organ was bought second-hand from the church in Krummin around 1863.[1] The church tower was renovated in 1873. The medieval lower part was rebuilt. Source https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirche_Stolpe_auf_Usedom
