@Christ, really? My 5-year-old daughter skied there without any problems, what's the problem, why shouldn't it be allowed? At the end there are 2 great runs!!!

History in stone and wood and bronze Where the 100-year-old homestead stands today, there has been a farmstead for at least 1,000 years that belonged to the Krull family between 1749 and 1982 - a good place to preserve the village's history. Many volunteers worked on the restoration of the historic building, which today serves the village community as a meeting place, an exhibition center and a festival site for local evenings.

The local history monument at Krull's Hus in Lorup would like to commemorate the work of the young men who, under almost inhumane conditions, saw “Dutch ganging” as the only way to earn a few guilders. The monument also shows the father saying goodbye to his family to grow and harvest buckwheat on the surrounding moors several kilometers away.

Before the historic house was restored by community members and now serves as an exhibition and community center, the farmstead belonged to the Krull family from 1749 to 1982. The bronze sculpture in front of the house shows a father saying goodbye to his relatives. This is a reminder of the times when people only went out to harvest. However, they often had to look for work in neighboring countries or even emigrate in order to make a living.
