Well-maintained Kneipp facility with instructions right by the lake! Kneipp basins are used for relaxation and health. The cold water stimulates circulation, strengthens veins, and promotes blood flow. The Kneipp facilities are named after their inventor Sebastian Kneipp - a Bavarian priest, naturopath, and hydrotherapist. The cold water is not only refreshing on hot summer days. Recommended: bring a small towel for drying off afterwards 💦☀️

A short circular path leads around the Nageler See, it is very idyllic here. Open shore areas alternate with a short stretch of forest. You can discover a lot of nature here! Several benches invite you to pause. In summer you can swim and go boating here. There is a small kiosk with super clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Free hygiene products are available in the women's toilet. Very nearby is a playground with a water play area and a functional Kneipp pool. A visit to the lake is absolutely recommended! 🌳🐟🍄🟫

The small lake is not very deep and relatively dark due to the moor water. Nevertheless, a nice refreshment on hot days 😃! Around the water rescue hut, you can also swim nicely with children: either in the fenced-off shallow water for the little ones or with the stairs to the gently sloping shore for slightly older ones. For confident swimmers, an artificial island invites you to romp and splash around. In the small bistro, there are all sorts of drinks, ice cream, fries, etc. The homemade cake is a secret tip! There is a building with WCs, showers, and changing rooms - and all of this for free!!! ❤️💚💙

A quiet and idyllic resting place on the Gregnitz. Here the stream still meanders wildly through nature. The shady spot invites a relaxing break.

...here by the lake, the rule is - just be....and for enjoyment at the Nageler Kiosk, a delicious piece of cake with (iced) coffee or for those who like it hearty, a currywurst

An exciting cave beneath the Prince's Rock, partially walled, with seating and a fireplace. It was probably a former shelter used by forestry workers or hunters.

At this point the path is quite wide.
