Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Chilterns from this high-up point on the downs. There is a visitor centre and café next door which is a wonderful place to stop and refuel.

Cafe Aroma is a nice little cafe where you can get a quality All Day Breakfast for less than a tenner (as at Oct 24). There's also cakes and quite a wide-ranging lunch menu. I like to sit in the little outside area looking onto the street and watch the world go by. The cafe is on quite a busy road in the centre of Southdown. There is an area nearby to lock up bikes 🚴🏼♂️

A nice section of relatively quiet road north of Lilley. It's undulating rather than hilly and very nice to avoid the busy A6 or A505 which I wouldn't recommend.
