The Louisa d’Havé Bridge is a sleek, modern bicycle and pedestrian bridge that connects the banks of the Scheldt River. Its open steelwork and soft curves give the bridge an almost floating appearance above the water. From the center, you have a clear view of the quays, residential areas, and the gentle flow of the Scheldt.

The waterbus provides a convenient connection between the south of the city and Antwerp city center. The waterbus runs between Hemiksem and Steenplein, stopping in Kruibeke. The total travel time for a one-way trip is approximately 30 minutes. A ferry ride between Hemiksem/Bazel, Hoboken/Kruibeke, and Linkeroever/Antwerp can easily be combined with the waterbus. The waterbus runs every hour. Bicycles and dogs on a leash are permitted. A one-way trip on the waterbus costs €3, with a reduced fare of €2.50 for young people. Tickets are available from the steward on board the waterbus. Source: https://visit.antwerpen.be/de/info/der-wasserbus The waterbus is not recommended for the crossing to Sint-Annaveer, as the regular ferry across the Scheldt is free and goes directly to the opposite bank.
