The Nußdorf parish church is dedicated to Saint Mauritius. Only the chancel remains of the late Gothic building from the 15th century. All other parts fell victim to the redesign of 1816-1818. It became necessary because large cracks had appeared in the Gothic masonry of the nave. In 1987/88 the church was redesigned again and the nave was completely rebuilt and significantly widened.
