This path is wide & dry. However, there are many tree roots to be mindful of.

Lovely walking past the deer

A Grade II-listed church in Hampshire's serene countryside, it's thought that St Martin's was built during the late 13th century. Inside, admire the Gothic Revival stained glass windows. Outside, admire the avenue of pleached limes, not something often found in Hampshire.

St Mary’s Herriard is a large beautiful Norman church (13th Century) which can be found in Herriard on the A339 between Basingstoke and Alton. It was completely restored by Colston in 1876 and has been a Grade II* Listed building since 1957. beautiful, but main park not welcoming to cyclists (banned, despite what would be lovely roads) The property was put on the market in 2016 for offers in the region of £65 million since which the asking price is available on application.[8]
