This bridleway has become a bad state, track has disappeared/crumbling away and vegetarian has taken over, including stinging nettles.

In a bad state at the moment, the track has disappeared - crumbling away and vegetarian has taken over. I got stung because of this.

Mostly smooth gravel although eastern end rougher so best to do eastwards. Gorgeous woodland.

Heading out from here onto the road, you have a quietist climb directly ahead taking you to Letty Green. The road you cross is tight and fast and not great for cycling on if you can help it. (I love it for motorcycling though.)

This is a peaceful and scenic double gravel track starting from Newgate Street. It offers a tranquil ride through beautiful surroundings.
