Very beautiful lake, easy to walk around. It is also worth extending to the "old lake". The view of the steep mountain face is sensational.

July and August there is a parking fee of 3€ per car. Reason: orderly parking under supervision when there is a high volume, so that ambulances 🚑 etc. can get through easily. The rest of the time the parking lot is free.

It is very easy to walk on the Drau 🏃🏼♀️. On one side for pedestrians on the other side on the bike path. That adds up to a few kilometers
