Nice rest area with a fountain. It's not drinking water, but it's great for cooling off on hot days!

Due to the positive development of the spa community of Bad Schönau, the fortified church became too small and so a new church was built and completed in the summer of 1968. The altarpiece, a free copy of the Last Supper, was designed in 1971/1972 by the academic painter Sepp Buchner. In September 1995, the glass windows were replaced with new ones made in the Schlierbach Abbey's art glass workshop. The windows designed by Prof. Florian Jakowitsch show creation in the east and redemption in the west. In 2000, St. Mary's Church was equipped with an impressive new organ from the Rieger workshop in Vorarlberg. Source: https://www.badschoenau.at/Die_Marienkirche_2
