Totney Drove road across the Westhay Levels south of Wedmore. It's a long flat road barley higher than sea level so susceptible to flooding in the winter. The River Brue runs to the south and North Drain runs to the north.

Stopped here with bikes. Beautiful venue with an outstanding menu, ended up staying for 2 bottles of red and a 3 course meal. Highly recommend the cheese cake and cheeseboard. The pigs head looks like a wide fish finger not an actual head fyi 😆

The levels can be a blessing or a curse depending on how windy it is and what direction you’re going. However, this is a lovely stretch of lanes that forms a staple route into Wells from the south or west and avoiding main roads.
