Holly Hill and the lost village of Dode. Great circuit walk, lot of walk in the woods and shade with great views. We managed to look around Holly Barrow church as lady had opened it for viewing.

Whitehorse Wood is a plantation on the very brink of the chalk escarpment of the North Downs. The North Downs Way and Pilgrim's Way may cross the foot of the escarpment, but it is the Wealdway long-distance trail that passes through this woodland before steeply descending to the pastures below. From the edge of the escarpment is a beautiful, wide panorama of the fields, orchards and woodland of the Weald.
