This forest hiking trail is probably one of the most beautiful in our region. Along the trail are the Eichenhütte and the Hubertushütte, both of which are ideal for a rest. If you haven't had enough, continue on the so-called Jägersteig, an approximately 8km circular trail through the forest.

Beaver tracks can be found all along the lake. The beaver has been working on this mighty willow for some time now and it is still green. I am curious to see when it will fall over.
