Swansea bay is a great long stretch of beach and in one direction you have the city and the other direction you have Mumbles. Theres lots of cafes and places to visit and you can either walk on the footpath or along the beach. The Marina is a great place to run. It is really flat and you can run past all the boats along the paths. The beach is close by and there are cafes and pubs that you can start or finish it. There's also public toilets there and there is a nice 5k loop or more
