Rhossili Bay is a stunning three-mile stretch of golden sand at the western tip of the Gower Peninsula in South Wales Frequently voted one of the best beaches in the UK and Europe, it is famous for dramatic cliffs, great surf, and the tidal island of Worm's Head. At low tide, you can spot the ribs of the Helvetia, a Norwegian barque shipwrecked in 1887.

Lovely path that stretches all the way from Black Pill in Mumbles to Gowerton taking you through the Clyne Valley Country Park. There’s lots of lovely paths off the main path for walkers and bikers including some official red graded MTB trails.

Iconic bridge located at Swansea marina is a 300 foot pedestrian and cycle swing bridge that crosses the River Tawe over the barrage lock. Lovely to watch all the boats come and go.

Fantastic pub, always a warm welcome from staff and customers. Sometimes has live music too outside.

Lots of wide pavement around the water, wasn't too busy on a Sunday afternoon but I imagine it gets rammed with people sometimes.

Lovely dip to refresh the feet after a long cycle. Great Cider made at the Heritage centre with apples pressed from their very own orchard on site
