Meints Mühle The smallest so-called "Erdholländer" (10) in Lower Saxony was built in 1867 in Buttforde. In contrast to the more common "Gallerieholländer", the sails of this type of mill reach almost to the ground. In 1923, the mill was bought by miller Meints and moved to Tannenhausen. The severely dilapidated mill was completely restored in the mid-nineties and is now operated as a museum mill by the Mühlen-, Verkehrs- und Heimatverein Tannenhausen e.V.
