St James is one of the tallest churches in the country, with a 164 foot (50 m) tower. There are examples of several modifications over the years since the first structure in the medieval times. The church is normally open for visitors from dawn to dusk and holds regular services.

Nice view down the wide, sandy beach but the last part of the approach is very steep and there's no barrier at the bottom so caution needed.

Blickling Tower, built in the 18th century as the 'Grandstand Tower' overlooking the original steeplechase track for the second Earl of Buckinghamshire, is now a self-catering accommodation as part of the Blickling Estate.

This building is kept pretty unaccessible- even in plain sight. From a distance looks beautiful. As you come closer- you can not find it. I hardly found the name of it to discover more The height and length of this mainly fourteenth-century towerless, thatched church is reminiscent of a great barn. Inside, it has spectacular medieval carved benches featuring a dragon, a creeping hunter, fighting dogs, an elephant and musicians. Google have plenty of 360 photos from inside- not either one mentioned artefact is exposed. Looks pretty BRIGHT church for mediavel.
