The road from Oberwil to Brutten is on a very nice smoothly asphalted road giving a nice view over lower Zürich and Winterthur. This road has low traffic.

The climb from Birchwil to Oberwil on a shared road bicycle lane with a yellow dividing line. There is low traffic on this road and the climb is on a smooth asphalted surface. One can continue on this cycleway to Winterthur.

Although the cycling path by a rather busy road the surrounding is very nice. The path is well kept. There are two or three side roads were cars cross the cycling path that you need to be careful about.
