This bridge, known as "dell'erxo" (holm oak in the Savonese dialect), is located along a path between the vegetation of the coastal slope (heather, strawberry trees, holm oaks) and that of the northern slope, with chestnut trees, hornbeams, ferns, and more, always beautiful to see in any season. It's 20 minutes from the city center.

The Church of San Martino is one of the main places of worship located in the hamlet of the same name in the municipality of Stella (SV), Liguria. It represents one of the five historic centers ("stars") of the Savona area and has its origins in local religious tradition, dedicated to Saint Martin of Tours, a bishop known for his charitable gesture of carrying his cloak.

The concept chosen by the architect for the "Croce del Beigua" does not conform to the usual pattern followed by many summit crosses. Rather than having a classic base as its foundation, it "grows" out of the roof of the chapel standing there, rising towards the sky in a massive form. The choice of material used for the construction – exposed concrete – clearly indicates its affiliation with the era of so-called "Brutalism." This is a modern architectural style that was popular in the post-World War II era and deliberately avoids cladding or painted concrete. Another striking feature is that one of the cross's two crossbeams is fitted with a railing.
