Walkable almost all year round because it is very sunny. Stunning view of Lake Como.

Definitely a technical trail, not suitable for everyone. Very varied in its alternation of jumps, hairpin bends, narrow and steep passages. The conditions of the trail are not good at all (fallen trees, strong erosion...). Be careful also because you could suddenly take the wrong road (there are many forks that rejoin further ahead but with big differences in the difficulty of the route) or not notice that the first part of the descent intersects a road immediately after a steep section that ends with a fence.

From here the stretch starts entirely in the undergrowth.

It can also be reached from the village of Pioda (above Ardenno) via the “La Via per Il Baffo” path (S1-S2) which, however, was interrupted in June 2024 due to a large landslide of trees and boulders.
