It was done uphill. The road downhill isn't as nice and clean (as far as the surface is concerned).

From Prato Nevoso you can get there by descending the Strada della Penna, after a stretch of about 800 meters that goes up with gradients of up to 18%, a wonderful corner that does not seem to be affected by the proximity to the facilities, from which extraordinary views open up over the valley below.
