Nestled in the karst rock, the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Assumption of Monrupino is a hidden gem in the Karst, evocative and full of spirituality. The church was built in 1512 and remodeled in 1750. It was restored in the 18th century, the period in which the bell tower was also built (dated 1802).
