A climb that has little to envy of the Alpine passes. The Terminillo is majestic, tackled from the Leonessa side the ascent is at times harsh, the landscape changes several times during the climb, up to the last part that reveals the most mountainous landscapes. The descent towards Vezia is very long and quite challenging, but leaves the feeling of having done something truly beautiful for a cyclist. To be tried, if well trained

A small hamlet of Terni, on the border between the Terni basin and the Rieti plain, crossed by the Velino river, it gives its name to the homonymous waterfall. An almost obligatory passage if you are between Terni and Rieti

The town of Pian de’ Valli, is located in the municipality of Rieti, stands at the foot of Terminillo, at an altitude of 1620 meters, hosts many accommodation and commercial activities, and the departure station of the ski lifts is located a few steps from the center. The famous Terminillo cable car is still in operation today both in the winter and summer seasons and is the historical symbol of Pian de’ Valli.

Nestled in the green woods of the province of Rieti, Lake Ventina is very small (its surface area is about 0.1 square kilometers) but very charming. It is located in the alluvial plain of the Conca Reatina and its maximum depth is 3.5 meters. It is possible to swim in it, but the lake is especially known for fishing.
