[Mid-September 2024] We actually almost got lost here. The tour can be done well up to the bathing spot, although it can get quite steep here. Afterwards, it's best to just go back the same way, because: No signal = no orientation. The path is only difficult to recognize in some places. Surefootedness and good footwear are recommended. It's best to start the hike in the morning when it's cooler and don't forget to bring drinks.

In addition to bathing in this beautiful sea, on this beach in Santa Maria Navarrese you can visit the monumental olive trees.

Pedra Longa is a dolomite limestone block and a (broken) integral part of the huge Baunei plateau. Its “rock needle-like” shape rises up to a height of 128 m from the sea: it is one of the highest rocky peaks on the island that rises directly from the sea and was declared a natural monument in 1993.

Pedra Longa marks the end of the cliff between the Gulf of Orosei and Santa Maria Navarrese. From this point you have a splendid view of the particular rock formation.
