A bit dangerous when there is snow, would not recommend for inexperienced hikers

Unfortunately the path gets lost here and there, a good sense of direction is needed

Magnificent view, therefore only enjoyable in good weather. I also took off from here with a paraglider. A couple of times I continued up to Mt. Massone, adding another 460m of altitude difference, and at 2161m the view is even wider. The climb is always exposed to the sun, better to avoid July and early August.

Very rewarding route for the view.... and how many take-offs from m. Croce, with paragliding! I also continued up to m. MASSONE, then returning to the valley to the right (descending) of the ascent ridge, up to alpe Bagnone and then returning to Quaggione, beautiful. I recommend choosing a day of clear skies.

Small group of houses easily reachable from Alpe Quaggione via the asphalt road.

Small mountain pasture, path to reach Alpe Morello and then Alpe Quaggione, very poorly marked and poorly maintained at the time of our excursion.

A tour with great views. Although the hike is described as easy to walk on, some of the paths are quite sporty and difficult to see. In my opinion, sure-footedness and hiking boots are a must. We were on the road for over 7 hours with small breaks.
