The elongated building consists of a two-story central section with a flat roof and a central entrance. Flanked on both sides are three-story risalits with gable roofs and gabled tops. A wall with pointed arches borders a narrow open space in front of the central section. The beautiful brick building is structured by plasterwork. The balcony walkway running across the front was not rebuilt.
