Located directly in front of the sports field (SV Silz). Starting point for many beautiful hiking and cycling tours. However, the start of the new "Klima- und Erlebnispfad Silz" (Waldrunde/Seerunde) from 01.08.26 is NOT here, but opposite the motorhome parking space BEHIND the sports field. There is also a small, public toilet in a container there.

In the Yobsti self-service shop you can buy provisions, drinks, ice cream and snacks for your hike or bike tour. (Access via EC card) https://yobsti.de/fuer-gemeinden At the village fountain you can even enjoy them in peace 😉 In the meantime, right in front of Yobsti there is a seating set with a shady roof. (See pictures) Next to it, you can even charge your e-bike battery. The municipality has put a lot of effort into this.🥰👍 🥰

St. Anne's Chapel near Niederschlettenbach is a medieval pilgrimage chapel containing the tomb of the knight Hans von Droth (also known as Troth or Trotha). Saint Anne is the patron saint of miners and boatmen. This suggests that the chapel was built on this site to praise God, as mining was practiced in the Wasgau region from an early period. A former iron ore mine is also located in the immediate vicinity.
