Useful: take hiking boots with good tread, sure-footedness, good basic fitness, water and 2 bars. On the ascent towards the tower from the sea side, it is quite steep towards the end. On the descent on the side away from the sea, there is a lot of scree, it is slippery here. Trainers are actually not sufficient.
