A beautiful place, I looked at it many times from the Praga side of the Vistula and finally I got there. Unfortunately, you can't enter Bielany Forest from the area... you have to go around :-( Behind the church there is a fairy-tale carousel. The interior of the church is decorated with stucco Rococo decoration and valuable paintings. In the sacristy on the vault there are paintings by M. A. Palloni from the second half of the 17th century. The church contains the heart of Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki and his mother, and next to the temple there is the grave of Stanisław Staszic. Near the temple, 13 hermitages; King Jan Kazimierz held retreats in one of them. In addition to the church, other monastery buildings have survived: a refectory, an infirmary, a guest house and 13 hermitages. The Camaldolese were expelled from Warsaw by the invaders and never returned to Warsaw's Bielany. The seat of the Kampinos-Bielany Collegiate Chapter.
