Since autumn 2023, the Prüm River can once again be crossed via a new, partially accessible suspension bridge. The view from the bridge is fantastic! However, the bridge sways quite a bit, so people like me with a fear of heights need a lot of courage; I only managed a short stretch. But there's also a lovely path around it.

This steel bridge was installed in mid-November 2025. Replacement for the bridge lost due to the 2021 flood. Good for a circular route to the suspension bridge via paved paths. Why it was chosen to be called a "Green" Bridge is beyond me.

Unfortunately, it was closed during my visit, but it is a very beautiful and imposing fortification in the style of a moated castle.

A very beautiful complex in the style of a moated castle, with the river Nims flowing directly past it.

The bridge sways slightly but is still easy to walk on. In the middle, there are benches on each side.
