Be extremely careful when you use the stairway to get on the pedestrian path. Apart from being narrow for someone trying to carry a bike, you are in danger of having your cleats stuck on the steps. This stairway was very sketchy.

You can get the ferry across if the winds forbid to cross the bridge by bike....

You can cycle across the bridge but there is no way up or down and NO signage as to how to get up or down. An employee of the bridge company showed us the entrance to the stair tower, where you can then carry your bike 20 m up. You can then find the exit on the opposite side yourself but here too the bikes have to be carried back down and lifted over a guard rail. This is hardly possible with eBikes. An expensive cycle path across the bridge that hardly anyone uses.
