Only for adventurers - you have to crawl through a narrow rock formation. Not for people with claustrophobia! I would only recommend this to experienced hikers.

This is an old beekeeping refuge, known as the Bears’ Silha. Further north, there is a second similar structure. Built on top of a boulder, this silha is a small stone wall designed to keep beehives out of reach of bears, a technique used between the 15th and 16th centuries. Inside, the beehives, made of cork and covered with thatched roofs, were arranged in small terraces. Always strategically positioned on sunny slopes and protected from the wind, the silhas were close to watercourses and surrounded by large areas of scrubland and honey-producing plants, ensuring abundant food for the hives.

No guard dogs when I was here. The paths around are pretty wet. The cow was definitely curious so maybe it can be pet?
