The first town hall in Trzcińsko (probably wooden) was built in the 13th century. The current building dates from the 15th century. In the 16th century, it was adorned with late Gothic gables. The rooms feature cross-ribbed vaults, with the exception of the former courtroom, which has reticulated vaults and 16th-century polychrome. Over the centuries, the building has been renovated, rebuilt, and rebuilt numerous times, changing its appearance. Only the town hall's foundations remain unchanged. Extensive renovations were carried out after the Thirty Years' War, in the second half of the 17th century, and at the turn of the 20th century. The last significant renovation was carried out in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

The Myśliborska Gate is the best-preserved element of the medieval fortifications of Trzcińsko-Zdrój, built in the early 14th century. It served a defensive, control and observation function – it was equipped with a portcullis, massive doors and embrasures, and the entrance was only from the city walls. Built of stone and brick, the tower is topped with a characteristic octagonal porch. In the past, the gate was preceded by a narrow, closed corridor with additional fortifications. Today, it is one of the most interesting monuments in the town and a great landmark on the bicycle route through Trzcińsko-Zdrój.

The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Strzeszów is one of the oldest monuments in the Trzcińsko-Zdrój commune, built in the 13th century from stone ashlars. Although the original tower collapsed, it was replaced in 1897 with a neo-Gothic brick structure. The interior houses, among other things, a Renaissance epitaph from the 16th century and choir galleries with an organ prospect. The church cemetery is surrounded by a picturesque wall with neo-Gothic gates.

Lake Strzeszowskie is the largest body of water in the Trzcińsko-Zdrój commune, located in the Myśliborskie Lakeland.
