The Church of St. Giles in Zrębice is a wooden, historic temple from 1789, built on the site of an older building on the initiative of parish priest Wojciech Buliński. It is located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesian province and attracts attention with its baroque interior, including altars, a 17th-century figure of Jesus and a cult painting of St. Giles. The church has a log structure, covered with shingles, and in the surroundings it is also worth seeing the historic bell tower and monumental linden trees.

A comfortable asphalt path. The only note is the sand left over from winter, which in places covered its entire width.

Very pleasant section, the only thing is that when we ride in pairs it gets a bit narrow because of the barriers... but overall I recommend it

Unfortunately, this well-known church, dedicated to St. Egidius, was locked. I also couldn't find any information about the opening hours. The parish of Zrębice was already mentioned in 1334. Today's church stands on the site of its predecessor and was built in 1789. The painting of St. Egidius, however, dates from 1652. It comes from a nearby chapel. The free-standing bell tower has bells dated 1632. They probably come from the predecessor church. The interior is baroque. The roof is covered with larch shingles. The beam structure is decorated with fox ornaments. The beams are boarded up.
