Runek (1004 m a.s.l.) - a weakly pronounced peak in the Lubania Range in Gorce, west of its main peak - Lubania. The name Runek is of Vlach origin, derived from the word runc, meaning a clearing created by burning a forest. Currently, however, there are no longer any traces of the clearing on the summit, and it is completely overgrown with spruce forest. Kotelnica (946 m a.s.l.) – a peak in the Lubań Range in the Gorce Mountains. The name of the peak comes from the colloquial word kotelnica, which has two meanings: a basin (or other depression) or a place for sheep to lamb (and overwinter). Geographical names derived from this word are found in many places in the Carpathians, and in the Lubań Range, a dozen or so more times. It should be noted that Jan Karłowicz's "Dictionary of Polish Dialects" (1901) lists the name kotelnica only in relation to sheep and as the name of a meadow[5]. In the case of the mountain in question, only the meaning as a place for sheep is current and is related to the widely practiced sheep farming here.
